NameNotifier aggregates and ranks information about expiring and dropped domain names, and delivers alerts when domains match user-defined filters. We surface derived analytics, including DQS scores, lifecycle labels, explanations, rankings, dossiers, valuations, and alerts, based on registry zone data, DNS/RDAP evidence, user activity, and other data sources.
NameNotifier provides domain intelligence, scoring, lifecycle estimates, alerts, and analytics for informational purposes only. DQS scores, valuations, explanations, lifecycle labels, rankings, watchlist signals, and alerts are not financial, legal, trademark, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own research and decisions before registering, backordering, bidding on, buying, selling, or using any domain.
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.
Domain status, registry data, DNS, RDAP, registrar availability, pricing, and market demand can change instantly. We do not guarantee that any domain shown on the Service will be available, catchable, registrable, valuable, lawful to register, free of trademark issues, or suitable for any particular purpose. We also do not guarantee that DQS, valuations, lifecycle state, alerts, registrar links, or dossier analysis are complete, current, or error-free.
Before spending money or taking action, you are responsible for verifying the domain with the relevant registrar, registry, RDAP/WHOIS source, trademark database, legal adviser, tax adviser, or other appropriate source. NameNotifier is a discovery and monitoring tool, not a substitute for independent verification.
Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, throttled, suppressed, or inaccurate due to registry changes, provider outages, rate limits, user settings, email or Telegram delivery issues, webhook failures, abuse-prevention controls, payment status, data-source delays, or our own operational safeguards. You should not rely on alerts as your only method of monitoring or acquiring a domain.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and devices, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for the single user or organisation covered by the purchased plan. You may not share login credentials, pool access, provide paid data to non-paying users, or use multiple accounts to bypass plan limits. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.
You may use NameNotifier for research, investment analysis, portfolio management, and defensive brand protection. You may not use it to plan trademark infringement, fraud, spam, phishing, or any illegal activity, and you may not interfere with the Service or bypass access controls. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk export, cache, redistribute, resell, sublicense, train models on, or build a competing product or dataset from NameNotifier data except through the published API and within your plan limits. We may monitor usage for abuse, scraping, credential sharing, excessive automation, unusual access patterns, or attempts to bypass limits, and we may throttle, challenge, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
Registrar links (GoDaddy, Dynadot, DropCatch, SnapNames, etc.) are affiliate links. We may earn commissions at no extra cost to you. Our rankings and DQS scoring are computed from signal data independent of any affiliate relationships.
We consume zone-file data under the terms of each TLD operator (ICANN CZDS and equivalents). We also use third-party data, infrastructure, and processors, such as billing providers, email providers, CDN/abuse protection, analytics, Telegram, registrars, RDAP sources, and enrichment providers. Their uptime, availability, accuracy, policies, and delivery are outside our control.
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Plan changes may be prorated through the billing provider. Applicable taxes may be collected where required.
We handle refunds case-by-case. For new subscriptions that are clearly purchased in error and have not been meaningfully used, reach out within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund the latest period. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may also restrict, suspend, or discontinue access in any country, region, account, or use case where we believe providing the Service would create legal, regulatory, security, abuse, data-source, infrastructure, payment, or operational risk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, for fraud, or following a chargeback. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Account deletion attempts to cancel attached billing where supported, but you should still confirm cancellation through the billing portal, account settings, or support if subscription state is unclear. Account deletion removes personal data per our Privacy Policy, though de-identified aggregate analytics and records we must retain for security, billing, compliance, or dispute reasons may be kept where permitted.
NameNotifier is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost domain-acquisition opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights, guarantees, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or modified under applicable law.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NameNotifier, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must first be raised with us through our support channel so both sides can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with at least 14 days notice and an updated effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
